A space that makes everything look better.
The KoR isn't a beige ballroom or a generic studio. It's a striking, industrial-luxe private club — dramatic light, raw texture, three cold plunges and a hand-built 30-person cedar sauna — available for photo and video shoots, corporate events, and private gatherings. When your brand, your team, or your celebration deserves a backdrop with an edge, this is Sarasota's answer.
Book It For
One space. Three ways to make an impression.
Photo & Video Shoots
Brand campaigns, fitness and wellness content, influencer and social media shoots, lookbooks, product launches. Cinematic lighting, cold-plunge steam, sauna glow, and a floor with genuine grit — the kind of backdrop that stops the scroll.
Corporate Events
Team offsites, executive wellness days, product reveals, client experiences, and leadership retreats with a difference. Give your people a venue that signals you do things differently — and let them train, plunge, and recover together.
Private Events
Milestone birthdays, launch parties, private wellness gatherings, and intimate celebrations. An unforgettable, exclusive setting your guests won't have seen before — because it's a setting unlike a standard event space.
The Space
Built to be seen.
Every surface at The KoR was designed with intention — the same taste that makes it a place people want to train becomes a space that photographs beautifully and hosts effortlessly. Bring your crew, your team, or your guests into a setting that does half the work for you.
