The KoR's combatives class trains you strong and ready — hard conditioning followed by reality-based self-defense, where you step off the equipment, move through the space, make decisions, and engage targets under pressure. Because real situations don't happen when you're rested and warmed up.

On the call, you leave the equipment — tired, breathing hard — and transition into the drill, just like the real world would demand.

Navigate the space and engage targets placed throughout the gym using training tools — laser trainers with real holsters and training knives.

Debrief the rep, sharpen the skill, and build the awareness and muscle memory that carries into real life.

The KoR combatives class uses training tools only — non-firing laser trainers and training knives — in a controlled, supervised environment. It is a fitness and personal-safety program, not firearms instruction or legal advice, and does not guarantee any specific outcome in a real-world encounter. All participants complete a safety briefing and waiver. Must be 18+.
